Digital materials are delivered immediately. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable.

Scheduling conflicts, missed sessions, participant-side technical issues, or decisions not to attend do not create refund rights.

• Journal and videos: lifetime access as defined in the Terms

• Live replays: 30 days

• Private Facebook community: 30 days after the live event

• VIP call: live access; replay only if announced

If The Project Collective materially reschedules or cancels a live component, we may provide a rescheduled session, substitute, replay, credit, or another reasonable remedy. Applicable legal rights remain intact.

Purchases, files, credentials, community access, Meet links, and course access may not be transferred, shared, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
