The Project Collective is operated by Brittany Smith and Jess Dawson (“The Project Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our pages, submit a form, purchase a product, participate in The Weekend Project, join a related community, or communicate with us.

We may collect name, email, billing and transaction details, purchase history, form and assessment responses, messages, support requests, testimonials, and information you voluntarily share during a course, Google Meet session, or private community.

We may also collect IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, referring links, cookie data, and dates and times of activity.

Please do not submit medical records, formal diagnoses, financial credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through public forms, email, or community posts.

Information voluntarily shared in a live group or Facebook community may be visible to other participants. We cannot guarantee other participants will keep it confidential.

We may use information to deliver downloads, courses, videos, community access, event information, purchases, reminders, support, marketing emails where permitted, personalization, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and optional feedback requests.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

We may use Systeme.io, Stripe, Google Drive, Google Meet, Facebook, analytics, hosting, security, and technical providers.

Our pages and providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to operate pages, remember preferences, measure campaigns, and improve performance.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails. We may still send transactional messages needed to deliver purchases and event access.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, during a business transfer, or with your consent.

We retain information as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and disputes.

We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing team@theprojectcollective.co. We may verify identity and retain information where legally permitted or required.

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly offer The Weekend Project to minors or knowingly collect information from children through this offer.

We operate from Florida, United States. Mandatory privacy rights applicable where you live are not waived by this policy.

Third-party services have their own policies.

We may update this policy prospectively.
