The founding live experience
The Weekend Project is a guided return to your body, breath, and inner life—created for people who are functioning, carrying, helping, and getting things done, but no longer feel fully present inside their own lives.
Founding options begin at $47. Live attendance is limited to 50 participants. VIP is limited to five.
Recognition
You keep up. You figure it out. You handle what needs to be handled.
But slowing down feels uncomfortable. Rest becomes another task. Silence gets filled. Your own needs are difficult to hear until they become impossible to ignore.
Nothing has to be “bad enough” for you to want a different relationship with your life.
The Weekend Project combines a beautifully designed guided journal, five private videos, reflective writing, body awareness, optional breathwork, tapping, visualization, gentle movement, and practical integration.
The five-day journey
Past client + participant reflections
“The Write It Out practice with Brittany and Jess was cathartic. The gentle breathwork helped me connect with my heart and body before writing, and the words flowed more freely than I expected—along with a few tears. Afterward, I felt some of the heaviness shift, bringing a wave of peace and uplifting energy. It was such a supportive way to connect and release.”
Crystal B. — Write It Out participant“With gentle grounding breathwork leading into journaling, I was able to uncover some deep truths. Those truths continued gently simmering after the experience, guiding me toward deeper self-love and support. This was after years of therapy and decades of personal-growth work. I thought I had already conquered self-love, yet I found myself making room for even more in an easy, natural way. Brittany and Jess created a sacred, safe space for discovery.”
Lisa R. — Write It Out participant“I’ve done some serious work on myself lately, and it shows. I stopped biting my nails after doing it for 39 years, and I recently received a work-from-home general manager job offer with higher pay and quarterly bonuses. I truly cannot thank Brittany enough for helping me take those first steps—and for continuing to be there.”

Your facilitators
Brittany Smith is a co-founder of The Project Collective, a writer, speaker, and certified Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner whose work helps people understand the patterns keeping them in survival mode and reconnect with the parts of themselves that pressure, responsibility, and constant doing have pushed aside.
Drawing from psychology, education, breathwork, somatic practices, meditation, and guided self-reflection, Brittany creates experiences where people can slow down, listen inward, and move toward meaningful change without shame, pressure, or the belief that they must become someone entirely new.
Her work is rooted in a simple belief: transformation does not come from forcing, fixing, or performing. It becomes possible when people feel supported enough to tell the truth, notice what their bodies and lives have been communicating, and begin choosing from awareness rather than survival.
Jess Dawson is a co-founder of The Project Collective and the creator behind Apparently Yourself coaching and communities built on helping women reconnect with themselves through simple, sustainable change.
Over the years, she has guided women through coaching, workshops, retreats, and transformational experiences designed to create space for honest reflection, lasting growth, and meaningful change. What began as a passion for healthier habits evolved into a deeper mission: helping women understand why they think, feel, and respond the way they do.
Through her own journey of rebuilding, healing, and starting over, Jess discovered that many of the patterns women struggle with are not signs of weakness—they are signs of adaptation. The ways we protect ourselves often become the very things that keep us feeling stuck.
Today, her work centers on helping women make sense of their experiences with compassion instead of criticism, stop living on autopilot, reconnect with themselves, and discover that healing does not begin with becoming someone new. It begins with understanding who they have been all along.
Every breath, movement, tapping sequence, visualization, writing invitation, and sharing opportunity is optional. You may keep your eyes open, change the language, pause, skip, step away, return later, or share nothing publicly.

Why we created this
“We created The Weekend Project because people do not need more pressure disguised as personal growth. They need honest space, thoughtful guidance, and practices they can actually use in real life.”
The work is structured, but never rigid. Guided, but never controlling. Reflective, but never demanding.
